MINDFUL MAKING #37 – What a difference a holiday makes
In this video number 37 on the mindfulmaking channel we talk about three finished knitting projects: the Skyline Wrap, the Pink Fizz jumper and the mindfulmaking website. Yes, finally you can find all activities within the mindfulmaking under one roof. We will of course also chat about the Curio Socks which are almost finished and finally I invite you to a chat about the word for 2022. My word is TIME, with the aim of becoming more mindful of how I spend my time. In this video let’s chat about screen time. Grab a cuppa and settle in.
Knitting is my mindfulness practice. That is where I set down to breathe to relax and to focus. Knitting nourishes our built-in desire to create and beyond all the mental and health benefits of knitting we even get beautiful wearable garments.

MENTIONINGS
Book: ‘Bewilderment’ by Richard Powers
Although not as fantastic as ‘The Overstory’, ‘Bewilderment’ is a fantastic, gentle, heart-warming, and thought-provoking book, that I can highly recommend. Link points to amazon, but the book is available through many other sources.
