MINDFUL MAKING #42 Gum Nut Tee
In episode 42 we celebrate the release of my latest design the Gum Nut Tee. The tee is available for download in English and in Danish on the mindfulmaking website and on Ravelry.
The Gum Nut Tee is a top-down knitted in the round, seamless, short sleeved, top . The tee not only features a beautiful handdyed yarn in a luxurious blend of merino and bamboo, but also an elegant and beautiful colour work on the round yoke. You create the colour work pattern by using slipped stitches which adds both interesting texture and a pop of colour to the otherwise relaxed stockinette body. Let the creative juices flow, go stash diving and find your unique combination of yarn for the colour work. The possibilities are endless.
Moreover, in this episode you will hear about the progress made on my husband’s jumper and you see some yarn that was added to my yarn collection before I went on my holiday to Denmark. In the next episode I share many more details from the trip including several additional yarn purchases.
Grab you project, a cuppa, and settle in. Enjoy.
